Youth and Family Support

Support Groups are safe, participant-centered spaces where individuals with shared experiences come together for mutual support and connection. Led by a facilitator, these groups focus on building community and sharing insights rather than on therapeutic intervention. They provide an inclusive environment where everyone’s voice is valued and respected.

Transcend Together: Youth and Family Support

This support group is designed for LGBTQIA+, trans, and gender expansive youth (aged 12-18) and the grownups in their lives. Teens and grownups will meet in separate sessions to receive support, share resources, and build community.

Though this dual group is designed to accommodate teens and their family/support system, youth do not have to participate with a grownup, and grownups are encouraged to join even in their teen doesn’t.

Come as you are, and together, let's create a vibrant and inclusive community where every voice is heard and valued.
